I know that other people have mentioned that they saw this as well, but I want to bring it to your attention.
I'm just wondering if whatever is on the dashboard is a note... if it is, you should check it out. As well, there could always be more clues in the car, although I don't know if it's locked or not.
Regardless of whether or not Jonas is friend or foe, the way that he left you and Daniel in that cabin has you isolated and trapped. I suggest that you find a way to get out of there as soon as possible.
