Cards significant

Does anyone else think the placement of the cards in this latest vid "What The Hell" is a bit suspicious? I know some people were speculating that the card numbers in the "Truth Or Dare" vid had some significance. Or maybe Tach's symbols are like card suits.... somehow...

Actually, watching it the first time, the ad at the end was for cards, too! :p

I doubt it. If it had significance, they would have shown more of it. Just my opinion.

I was wondering about the cards too. The placement seems intentional.
Cassie doesn't play cards

I totally thought of the Queen of Hearts from the Tachyon drop when I saw the deck of cards...VERY ODD.
The deck of cards definitely seemed to be 'strategically placed' in this vid. The bag was Jonas' I think, because Daniel was looking for the keys to Jonas' car.

They certainly did stand out didn't they? I mean, yeah, go to a boring cabin and you'd probably take a pack with, but... placement did not look accidental.

Or has watching this show made us all hyper-paranoid??!

When I watched at the end of the vid on revver the ad was for Hoyle playing cards. Coincidence?

The Creators asked us if we would object to a product endorsement in one video, because they were offered a good bit of cash for it (See thread "Lonelygirl is always improving"). Most said they didn't mind as long as it was incorporated into the story inobtrusively. I think what we just saw here was that endorsement.

Didn't they all play cards just before Daniel got nabbed?

The cards definately placed there on purpose. We were meant to see them. For what purpose, I'm not sure yet...but here is the screen shot of them:

I believe that they mentioned the product endorsement was for candy specifically.

I think you're right, Libra.

Also, this wasn't just a passing shot...it seems blatant. They said they wouldn't be so obvious so it may be a clue.

Or, they are just screwing with us, sitting at home, reading the forum and laughing

Maybe...but usually they do that with things we've already picked apart.

yea i noticed it too..

what i found interesting and made it obvious to me that we're supposed to see them was because daniel didn't even look at the rest of the back pack, he just opened that pocket then left it...

like...duh! how much more obvious would that be.
