Is it possible the Order wanted Daniel to be rescued?

Could the Order have only wanted to keep Daniel long enough to spin art program him, and then wanted him rescued so he would return to the cabin under their control? And if so, does this mean that Tachyon was assisting them with their plan? As I said before, the message the OpHeads decoded from Tachyon's YT account doesn't make it look like she cares about DBJ anymore than Op does

EDIT: The reason I say this, is because if Jonas is working with the Order, it seems he would have done something to make sure the rescue wasn't successful.

EDIT again:  If Daniel is under the Orders control, and Jonas is Order, then that means Bree would once again be all alone. Could they be trying to break her this way, so she will do the ceremony?

I think you are on the rigt track with that, but Tachyon definate would not consciencly help the order.
Your right, she doesn't care that much for DBJ, but if you think about the position she is in, she can not have personal feelings for who she works with. So in case of indangerment of her life or indangerment of her mission, she can step in and put a stop to it without feeling guilt. Plus it would leave a rope dangeling for OpAphid to corner Tachyon and get their information back.
She can't care for the teen angst gang because its dangerous for herself and her mission.

Someone mentioned yesterday that perhaps they DID want him rescued to get Tach's identity, etc...something along that line.

I think that is exactly what happened. The Order knows that they were infiltrated and that Tachyon removed some things when she ran away. Unfortunately, since Tachyon is only the code name she uses with us and the Order is so large, Op was never able to figure out who exactly she was. Letting Daniel be rescued made it possible for us to put a face to the name...

So now I'm back with the Jonas is evil side. Looking at the events that led up to Daniel's capture:

1) Jonas made sure that Daniel had his cell phone on him and turned on the night he was abducted.

2) The finding of the fake ID was a red herring, designed to try and convince Daniel and Bree that this is how they were tracked down.

3) Suddenly the Order shows up at Jonas's house, and an elaborate staged act is played out in front of Daniel and Bree to try and win their trust even further.

4) Finally, they are taken to a secluded cabin, where there are no witnesses or potential barriers to whatever the Order has planned for them.

EDIT: 5) Bree is now secluded in a cabin with a programmed Daniel and Jonas the Orderite.

I think that neither is the case really. Jonas may have past ties to the Order, but wants to help Bree so kept them secret. No way she'd let anyone associated w/ the Order help her. Now that she has discovered his ties to them, his answer that he really doesn't know anything about the Order may be true. If his parents were involved, he would know the "kiddie version" of things, but they were "lost at sea" when he was 13, probably before he would have been told the real version of things.

Daniel is acting pretty much like normal, so I don't think he's been brainwashed.

Think of this, all these signs that are pointing everyone toward these conclusions are the same ones that drove Bree to do what she did. What if they are just by chance, or if they are more innocent than Bree is assuming?

Well something was definately wrong with him in the "Miss Me" video. Maybe they're just waiting for the right time to trigger him.

And I thought Bree's assumption was based purely on the symbol she found in the cabin.

He was not himself in the "Miss Me" video, but temporary drugging or something could account for that. Not to say my people aren't really really good, but I don't know if he was with them long enough to be turned into a "Manchurian Candidate"

And it was the symbol she found in the cabin that lead her to question Jonas' charity and willingness to help. I'm just saying that we went from the extreme of he has nothing to do with anything he's just a nice guy to he's a member of the Order and meant to cause all this. The answer is probably somewhere in the middle.

I'm also entertaining this theory. I think it's fairly safe to assume that Jonas has been hiding things from them.
