Firstly, I find it convenient that Beastie Boy came back from being brainwashed by The Order perfectly fine.

Second. He suddenly hates Jonas.

Then, Bree finds something in Jonas' cabin (what was that thing?) with a symbol from the file Tachyon gave them.

Which of these people have had the most contact with Op? Which of these people have recently been brainwashed by Op? Which one of these people does Bree trust in every way?

Jonas ain't the one working for The Order, kids.

I don't think Daniel completly normal yet, I still think he has some issues from being kidnapped.

I don't think there was anything sudden about Daniel's anger toward Jonas. It's not like he came back hating him or anything. When he came back things were the same as they'd always been between the two of them until it looked like Jonas was trying to move in on Bree.

Anyway, you may still be right that Daniel has some programming that was triggered and he planted something to incriminate Jonas. It probably depends on what kind of artwork Bree found, though. We didn't really get a good look at it. If it's something that had to be painted and is obviously old, I'd say Daniel can be fairly ruled out.

We'll be able to get a better idea of all this once we can hear Jonas talking. If he insists he doesn't know what it's about, then maybe there's something to this.

Seems to me like Silvermoon's avatar is becoming a real possibility.

I wonder when we will get to see/hear Jonas again. I'm thinking that if he is working for The Order it will be difficult to get him in another video until Op replies. And I don't see Op caring about anyone that much.

I don't think what is implied by the video is that the Order would care about Jonas (if he is working for them); only that they would care about him spilling information about them, especially to Bree.

Remember, Jonas said it's been there as long as he could remember. He knew about it.

The real questions should probably be:
1. Did Jonas see Tachy's files and just not make the connection?
2. Did Jonas make the connection and hide it because he thought it looked bad?
or
3. Has he known he was connected all long?

As far as this goes. If anything he's mad at Jonas for taking him to that bowling alley where he was...taken...and he's prolly a little jelous that Jonas was with Bree while he was away "comforting" her. Then they go out without him. He was just mad I think. Cause he wants Bree. lol. As far as Daniel being a good guy, I doubt it. That would sure be one hell of a twist. Although I can stomach the idea of Daniel being a bad guy more than Jonas being a bad guy. That's my 2 cents.

Your first statement is completely false. But your right that Daniel has a jealousy issue in his hands.
Daniel being a bad guy consciecly....nope. Can't work. Wouldn't work. There isn't enough history there in the show to make this even concivable. Wait no...theres too much history in this show to make this even concievable. The creators would have to be pretty insane and desperate for this to happen...

BUT

If he was a bad guy, without his knowledge, bcause he was kidnapped by the order...that is something possible and easy to back up
