Amazing video! The first time I saw it, I didn't get it at first, but when he came out of the bathtub...wow. I liked the dutch angle on the whole shot too.

Take it every three digits, find an
ascii table, look them up in the octal column (haven't found a translator for octal) and you get:

Caesarian shift with n=14 gives:
