Is Yousef engaged?

Not sure if this is the right section for this post -- moderators, please feel free to move if not.
Anyhoo . . . I was doing a search on Yousef, to see if there was anyplace other than MySpace to contact him and ask for a pic, and came across a newsletter from Greensboro College, which I think is in North Carolina. A small article on page 4 of the newsletter talks about a graduate intern named Lindsey Pugh who is working in the school's Career Services department for a semester. The article says that Lindsey "recently became engaged to Yousef Abu-Taleb, whom she met while a student at JMU" (James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, where Yousef used to live, and where his mom still lives). The article goes on to say that "Yousef spent most of his childhood in his father’s homeland of Jordan." Sure sounds like our Yousef.
The next-to-last sentence of the article says, "Lindsey is now spending her free time planning their wedding." Did they split up, or are they still engaged and in a long-distance relationship?
And is it tacky for me to bring up the subject at all?
I don't want to embarrass the guy -- he's clearly a sweetie -- but if he's engaged, I think the straight girl fans here need to know that, so they can keep their hands off.
