So, I'm not sure if I totally missed something, but after the "The Human Ransom" vid are we now thinking that the Order opperates out of some office building in the Hollywood/ LA area?

Probably not...though I do wonder where that building is. I don't see them giving away the location of their headquarters.

Anyway, I don't think it is above the Order to own buildings. Like the one Daniel was in when he found the Epogen. Maybe it's their new drug laboratory thing.

My only question would be, if it is their building, then why would they let Jonas stay with her and videotape? Once they had her in the building, they could have thrown him out and grabbed her.

It doesn't make sense. I think there is a very specific reason the Order choose that building, and I think it's possible it may be symbolic. Perhaps the shape of it (because it is very odd shaped) has something to do with it????

Another possibility is that it is their building, but they lease the offices to others who know nothing about them. Therefore, they would have to make sure there was no scene.

The Order is MUCH smarter then that...Tachyon is smarter...but the Order is smart and knows that if we were given the local of the office we will be there.
