It's got a mix of songs on it. My phone sucks so I couldn't really pick out any lyrics... Just thought you all would like to know. Sorry if it's been brought up already.

I just called (415) 670-9198 (new number) and got People Who Died by Jim Carroll.
Is that old news?
I'll try that one.

I believe that is addressed in an old thread:
http://www.lonelygirl15.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3027
Also I imagine the new one hasn't changed since Gemma's alleged demise... to answer my own question.
Alas, if we had heard anything new from our dear Tach there'd be a big buzz.

Sorry for the newbieness. I guess when it said it wasn't working, that meant it was disconnected. Not still working ya know. Normally when someone "loses" a phone they have it disconnected. Anyways sorry again. I tried lol.

tachy's "old" line = VERY interesting!
edit -- no problem, man; we were al newbies at one time

and you did good asking politely if this was any significance. it DID shed some light on Tachy's line being resurrected

Here are the lyrics that we can hear from Jim Carroll's "People Who Died" on Tachyon's latest VM:
----
[Herbie pushed Tony] from the Boys' Club roof
Tony thought that his rage was just some goof
But Herbie sure gave Tony some bitchen proof
"Hey," Herbie said, "Tony, can you fly?"
But Tony couldn't fly, Tony died
Those are people who died, died
They were all my friends, and they died
Brian got busted on a narco rap
He beat the rap by rattin' on some bikers
He said, "Hey, I know it's dangerous, but it sure beats Riker's"
But the next day he got offed by the very same bikers
Those are people who died, died
They were all my friends, and they died
----
[] - I can't tell if the message is starting in mid-sentence or if my phone just is trying to catch up with the audio.
Long story short (and Bree's Dad is old news), someone else is dead.
The tone of the song is very upbeat, suggesting to me that Gemma bought it.
EDIT: Also, the lyrics right before the start of the VM:
----
Mary took a dry dive from a hotel room
Bobby hung himself from a cell in the tombs
Judy jumped in front of a subway train
Eddie got slit in the jugular vein
And Eddie, I miss you more than all the others
And I salute you brother
----
Perhaps Gemma didn't want to come out of her room when they pulled the fire alarm, or they actually did burn the damn thing down.

Right this is the message on her "new" phone. What I'm saying is the old one is still working. It has a mix of songs on it. I don't if THAT is old news or not. That's what I'm trying to find out. Because someone said they heard it WAS disconnected, but i called it several times and it is working. My phone just sucks and i can't pick up any of the lyrics to find the songs. Or to see if they are the same.

The songs on the voicemail are Brother's mash up mix. It's not new, but I don't remember it being on this phone before. Nothing to worry about, I'm sure.

what I am trying to say is Tach's old phone (not Bro's mashup hotline) is suddenly working again!

I just phoned it. It is Brother's Music mash up. It is weird that it's on Tackyon's old cell though. Not sure what that means. I was under the impression that OP had her phone?? maybe Ops messing with us a little.
