Just a theory...

In the Op vids related to Cassie, there is a girl that I assume represents Cassie. What if it IS Cassie?
On that assumption, Cassie looks mighty dazed. She may be drugged, or brainwashed, much like Daniel in "Miss me?"
So, what if Cassie is in the same place Daniel is. Or she was and got killed or something.
What if Daniel met her there and that explains his sudden recall of that-girl-Cassie?
So that would mean that the same thing they do to Cassie, they are now doing to Daniel. Maybe this is kind of to scare Bree into coming back to them.
Either way, we do know that Bree told Cassie about her religion. Enough to scare her away. And then she just vanished? Maybe they kidnapped her.

Interesting. It would also explain the moment in the video when Daniel leans back and looks up. It was as if he were doing an imitation of OpAphid's Cassie videos.

I asked this in another thread, but so is it really Cassie in the Op videos? No one seems to know for sure and its a bit frustrating.

I don't think we know for sure. I'm not finding anything in the AphidPedia and I'm guessing if we knew, we'd know what had happened to her.

While it's possible that the girl actually is Cassie, there's also a pretty good chance it's an actress. Such things have been done before.

You could try e-mailing Op through her youtube account...

I was thinking maybe as bree was developing the order brainwashed a girl, cassie, to help train bree to develop whatever qualities she had to.

Now, they are brainwashing and drugging daniel to get her back into that mindset. Maybe cassie's phone calls were all according to plan or a weird side effect of brainwashing:).

Perhaps Cassie isn't really dead...but drugged. But why would Op use Cassie in her videos? Also to lure Bree? or is Cassie just another one of her puppets--as Daniel is now?

I personally think that this is what we are to think. if not, I think we are soon going to find out what happened to cassie soon.

That'd be a good way to acknowledge Cassie in the series, and at the same time--wrap up her story.

Heh. We really don't know. It could be Cassie, it could be just an actress...hell, it could be Tachyon for all we know.

I said this in another response but no one seemed to answer it, this is just a thought it probably has been disproved or isn't what's going on but has anyone thought that maybe Op is Cassie? Or if Op is more than one person, Cassie is part of Op?

On OpAphids profile it's always said "rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated"

I know that Bree said the whole religion thing freaked Cassie out (or at least I think I remember her saying that), but maybe Cassie disappeared from her life because Bree wasn't allowed to become too close to anyone. Maybe Cassie was part of the plan all along.


Then again she could be totally irrelevant and Op could just be poking fun, which is probably what is going on. Just curious.

I'm leaning towards the "rumors of my death...." quote as pertaining to the fact that people here on the forum were constantly posting that the ARG had died since they took such a very long break.

I haven't a clue when it comes to Cassie. I don't think that the Order killed her, but maybe she was kidnapped and sold into slavery on some exotic and technologically devoid island. I don't know...

I've always thought that if Cassie isn't DEAD then she disappeared because the Order took her...and maybe they captured her just like they captured Daniel. Perhaps Cassie is one of their brainwashed drones now? Maybe Daniel brought her up because he saw her again?
