I have bought one of these cameras and when i record video, it looks like i am not talking because it is not in sync. When i look at the lonelygirl videos they are smooth and looks good, why is this?

Does anyone have any idea if its frame rate or what?

Yeah but the thing is is that this camera looks smooth here. The only editing you can do is cutting it, not the quality of the footage.

My footage is bitty and not smooth, so how can i up the frame rate of the video capture etc?

They use a sphere mp which is seen in the video 'what did dad and daniel talk about''

I have installed the newest version of the software and now when i talk the lip sync is correct with the mic, it looks much better :D

YAY!

Now, what software do they use to edit the lonely girl videos?

That could be a matter of lighting as well. I've noticed that with most of my digital stuff, I get the same effect if I have poor lighting.

I've tried in the night time with a really strong light behind my cam, the result, pixelation.

I have tried in the day time with both of my windows open with plenty of light, the result, pixelation.

I can't seem to get it any good!!!!!

The only settings on the software goes up to 960 x 720 which still is pixelated.

Do you think they make the resolution better using different software or what?

I really need to know what software they use!

No clue, but whatever it is, I'm betting they use a Mac, as that seems to be the norm for the industry (but I use a PC, and use whatever crappy software I have at hand... But then, I don't have anything in it's final stages of editing yet...)

yea i'm pretty sure that they do use a mac. When my hubby was talking to them about buying servers and laptops and stuff i guess whenever he asked about Video editing on a HP Pavilion, they seems to take it kind of like a joke...

which is understandable because I use a HP Pavilion Presentation Laptop....A Tablet and video editing is like...a waste of time.
