Do Any Characters Have Siblings?

i don't know if anyone has mentioned this or not, but i find it interesting. Aren't all three characters only-child(ren). Bree is, atleast in her controlled environment. Jonas nor Daniel have mentioned siblings before (I don't think). And if his parents are so ... just let him do whatever, i don't see daniel having siblings. maybe it's just me, but i find it interesting. maybe one day, one of the siblings (if there are any) will show it..

that'd be cool.

I had never thought of this before... it is very unusual. What if Bree was kidnapped as an infant and really does have siblings somewhere? Hmmm that could be interesting.

Like all sharpks, sandtigers have paired uteri, and the first embryo to hatch in each uterine horn starts to hunt its siblings. To do so, it requires fully erect and functional teeth, which it has. Once all siblings are eaten, the embryo continues to feed on the eggs coming its way during the oophagous phase of its development.

See this thread for a discussion about whether or not Bree and Jonas siblings.

I believe discussion of Daniel as a possible sibling is brought up, too.

This thread does have a Star Wars-Luke-and-Leia-turn-out-to-be-related flavor at the beginning of the discussion.

Let me point out that this means Tachyon (b/c of her sister, who was chosen for the ceremony) was raised in a controlled home. I wonder if she's aware of this...

(I assume this means for Tachyon that it's either not her real parents OR it's not her real sister.)

But, i don't remember any mention of siblings from any of the three. We KNOW Bree has none. Daniel doesn't seem to have it, but that's not for sure. And neither does Jonas. But, why would there be a nanny for only one kid? I mean, I know it happens, but he doesn't seem to be the kind that would be a trouble maker, unless there's a reason he had a nanny as well.

Oh the possibilities with this story.

i think he had a nanny because his parents were always leaving. might as well have a live-in babysitter.

No we don't, now that we don't know who her biological parents were.

To find out Tach's relation to this whole thing and why she would want to destroy the Order, she was asked in a PM about how hard it was to leave her dog behind when they had to leave the commune. When she replied that it was hard, we received confirmation that she was part of the family that Gemma referenced in her tale about another girl being chosen for the ceremony and disappearing, leaving her dog behind.

She has also mentioned in PM's to me that she has some definite jealousy issues with her sister because she was the chosen one, but that she knows her sister didn't ask for the special treatment.

I meant, we know she had no siblings in her controlled environment.

of course there's the possibility of biological siblings, but i'm not really getting into that. I'm more commenting on the living situation that has been shown so far, not biologicals.
