Jonas' Social Life

Did he ever have one? Sure, I can understand not bringing friends around when he has a couple of cult refugees under his roof, but he's yet to allude to anyone, other than parents, a nanny, and some random hookups, who's been a major part of his life. Yeah, he had a dysfunctional childhood, but if, unlike Bree, he attended school at some point, he should have friends. He's an attractive, seemingly sweet, wealthy guy, so gay or straight, he should be able to muster a relationship. He must have some social skills, since he won Bree's trust with a few short videos and is D-bone's new best buddy. Why not put them to better use?
He seems to love a good fixer-upper, as far as relationships are concerned. He took two total strangers in, and he's bent on making Bree feel better after her father's death. So maybe he's been terminally attracted to dysfunctional people who don't stick around?
I know teenage guys with Jonas' looks, his lack of parental supervision, his money (well, maybe not quite so much, but enough), his charm when it comes to adolescent females...they'd most likely be having keggers in that big old mansion and running through a new lady every weekend.
So what's up with Jonas?

You're right, there was a small reference I forgot about... "So, up here is my bedroom, uhh, and the spare bedroom, that's usually where my friends crash. Daniel, Mr. Beast if I can call you that, that's where you can stay."
If his friends are so comfy crashing at his place, why have none of them invited themselves over in the last couple of months? What kind of an explanation would he give about Bree and Daniel, anyway?

Yeah, I know. So maybe his friends just used him for his fancypants house and a free place to crash? Hmm, that sounds familiar

That was a guesstimate, but it feels like it. Beast got there at Christmas as a surprise for Bree, so him only about a month, her a while longer.

Yeah, so I rounded up, but I wasn't so off. That's a pretty long time. Familiarity breeds contempt. They've definitely got to be getting pretty frustrated with each other right now -- Bree and Jonas are only children, not sure about Daniel but maybe -- they aren't used to this casually intimate interaction with people their own age all day every day -- I wonder who reaches a breaking point first. I spent a week living with my boyfriend -- a first for me with anyone but immediate family -- and I was ready to sock him in the face after day three

I think Jonas is probably used to people taking advantage of him. He seems a little shy but he is quite the people person. The reason he took Daniel and Bree in is because he was a viewer, just like us. I'm sure anyone of us would have jumped to invite Bree/Daniel to stay with us...well maybe

, but you get the idea. Its not that he was just so trusting, its that he noticed someone in need and he had grown to love them like we have through all the videos.
