I'm just issuing this final announcement (in this forum only!) that the polls are closing in 3.5 hours for "The Best of 2006."

Please vote for your favorite video clip, best forum moment, best overall moment in a video. If we get enough votes, I'd love to be able to present it to the Creators and ask if it can be an official poll.

Ok, the polls closed at midnight for the "Best LG-15 Videos/Moments/FanVideos/Etc for 2006." I've spent the past 2 hrs tabulating and arranging the results in the LGpedia. The link is here:

THE TOP 3 VIDEOS OF 2006 WERE:

1. The Unthinkable Happened (with 47 votes!)

2. Tie: Swimming and Grillz (both with 9 votes)

3.Tie: Christmas Surprise and Poor Pluto (6 votes!)

#1 won by an absolute landslide.

I listed all 17 of the videos nominated that received 4 or fewer votes.

Only 95 people voted. I sent out 7 announcements to the Forum and Iris sent out notices also. I even announced this evening that only 3.5 hours remained. We gave everyone two full weeks to vote.

I will write to the creators and see if they might make it an official poll, but with numbers so low, they might not consider it to be representative. Still, I will see what they say.
