I understood the Oppy references, but I don't really get where "frank" is going with this. Were the videos ever confirmed as inleague with CiW?
The numbers could be...ugh, idk. I was thinking barcode or something. The zeros seemed to represent something. W/o the 0's it's 246-257, but I don't know where that would lead.
