Do they not?

I have this enormous question about the videos. I didn't search throughout the forums as they have been going back since September. But my question is, does the order see the videos from everyone? Or is it more like the characters are showing us what has happened? Or can only characters who post videos see the other videos? Because, I'm not really sure what it is. Sorry if it's been asked/answered before, but I don't know. So yeah.

That's the big question right now. To which there is no answer. Kind of frustrating, yeah, but we don't know who can see what.

There was a long discussion on that topic :

What I've come up with is the following rule
One character can see another characters videos when it is convenient to the plot and cannot when it is inconvenient to the plot.
I know it sounds irrational and maybe I sound facetious but it is the only rule that seems to work

ah ok. That's been my biggest question and wasn't sure whether it had been answered or not. I've known about LG15 for a while, but didn't really get into it until I saw them win the VHS "Big in 06 Online" Award and spent my first hours of the new year catching myself up in the story. I'm still behind, but I'm informing myself. Thanks.

Warning, you will get nothing but fanwanking in response to this question. And I mean NO disrespect to said fans... Some of the answers are clearly defined, but I don't think those are the ones you are asking about.
There is no answer other than who can see what is dependent on any given day and has never been resolved completely, particularly with the ARG elements. To resolve this issue would be to blow huge holes in the plot, hence the absence of said answers.
For a lengthly analysis of this issue please go here if you wish to pursue this, though the answers you seek are
not there:

Good luck seeker of knowledge!

it would be funny if the order posted in a comment thread "Who's Jonas?"

I would like to see P. Monkey post a Fiiiiiiiiiiiirst! comment on a Tachyon video.
In all seriousness, that kind of thing would actually help make the dreaded question a little clearer.

The creators have made a post before saying that they were still working on the details of who can see what.

I've never seen a time where it would be inconvenient for another character to see an other's video...

Daniel would never have gone home if he had seen the OpAphid video "Home Alone". Because of that video, we knew there were cameras in his room long before he did.

Right now that seems like the only plausible expanation. If they refer to a video, they've seen it. If not, then they probably have not seen it (at least from a Bree, Daniel and Jonas standpoint).
