Is the Order keeping track of them through helicopters?

There have been many instances of random footage of helicopters showing up, too many for it to be a coincidence. Back when they were on the run, there was one time where there was obviously a brief helicopter noise in the background.

What do you think?

Either that or the Creators have an obsession with helis

That, or it could just be that the are in Cali.

Let me see seems like i remember a helicopter in:

- "Fleeing the Watcher" when Bree is in the field next to Daniel's car.

- "Breaking and Entering" as Daniel goes into the warehouse.

- "Bree's Dad is Dead" one flying over the beach.

hmm were there other instances? and were each of these helicopters different or the same one?

Not really sure about why. Now all I can think about is that Dr Dre vid, with all the heli's in it. Or, so I think Its Dr. Dre LOL

I remember hearing helicopters in numerous videos too...not just seeing.

There seemed to be one in a Gemma video as well.


Wouldn't it be funny if Tachyon or Brother were traveling in helicopters? No wonder no one could catch up to them. =P

The reuse of helicopters might not have anything to do with the order.

many famous, and excellent directors reuse images to add symbolism and depth to their work......(watch any kurasawa for instance)

the helicopters could just be the Creators adding an artistic element to their story

I don't know where else in the LG15 series we see the other helicopters.....but if we consistently see them when Bree is sad/alone/depressed.....then it's probably an artistic element.

The helicopters started to appear in videos once we learned that Bree's religion had a dark side. It seems that the creaters take advantage of the many helicopters in CA so that they can make a point in the videos that Bree cannot escape and is always being "watched."

I have been a secret fan/watcher of the helicopters since their debut. I like them. I don't know what they mean....because it could be one of a few things, but I like them.

either that...or they are shwoing that they are paranoid and the kids are wondering if the helicopters are watching them.

I definently think the helicopters mean something. I live in southern cali and while there may be a lot of copters around sometimes, it would be too much of a coincidence for them to be around everytime they shoot a video.

my theories:

1. they show that they are always being followed by the order

2. someone or some other group is always following them ( but who are on their side... enemies of the order)

3. They are symbolic of something (not sure of what) Someone mentioned it may be symbolic of brees moods.. Or perhaps its some sort of foreshadowing of whats to come

4. Its Cassie ( right there above you) (but I always like to add a cassie tie in cuz I love her so much.

If they are being followed by the Order can someone tell me why they simply couldn't apprehend Bree at any time? Are Jonas' boxing skills so phat or is Daniel that much of a tuff guy that the Order couldn't hold them back while they took Bree? They just shot Bree's Dad but Bree, Jonas, and Daniel didn't even get a bullet graze?

If we are to assume that the characters are editing the videos, then they SURELY must have seen and shot vid of these helicopters and left them in the final vid edits. So......

That means they know about them and just never comment on them. Wouldn't you think that if YOU were constantly being followed by helicopters that it would at least deserve a mention. At the very least this would have a big effect on stake-outs, running away, etc. Err, pretty much EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE....And no, just showing footage does not count as a reaction to this. Sigh. I am just waiting for someone to suggest these three don't watch their own videos...

In the interest of full disclosure, this in a sub-question to my ongoing inquiry in to who can see what in the videos, phorums, and chatrooms... Still no definitive answer to date on this.

maybe the helicopters are just a nice little symbol to show that bree and co are being watched, or that there's a higher power (the order) that can see everything they're doing.
whatever, helicopters are cool.
