It looks to me like he is still with the order and they are infiltrating the police. At first, I asked the same question as you did Kelly. The whole order infiltrating the cops goes with the present storyline much more neatly.

It sounds like he's an undercover agent.

The story I want to tell has gotten bigger then my ability to tell it for the moment. There's a lot going on here as this vid is meant to be a cliffhanger of sorts.

• Who is Sam?
  Who is after Dr. Immant?
  Who is Nick?
  What kind of badge is that? Why does he have it? And why does someone in that capacity need a sword?
  What are the two silver cylindrical objects? Why were they packed in ice?
  What are the pills for?
  What is the pyramid shaped object?

Not to mention who will gain control of the Order, the Reformists or the Traditionalist, where does the Tetrabiblos fit in and hopefully, what happens next?

Obviously there is some misdirection. Some things will come into play more prominently than others, some maybe not at all. But I do have an answer for every question I've put forth.

I know someone is dying to say "Who cares?" Well say it now and then find someone else to kick around because the Doc's going to be in hiding for a while.

The pills he was taking were brought to our attention several times. Either Immant is sick or on meds (like Bree was) or ... Still, it was an interesting video, seems to indicate that the Traditionalists are keeping a tighter rein.
