My mom told me and it happened around like 10pm on east coast.

As soon as I got home I googled for a video.

Oh! but it sucks for me right now.
My brother in law was suppose to be home from Iraq 2 days ago. But it got postponed to today first because apparently weather in Germany is bad. But the weather was fine.
Then they said early morning sunday. But then that got delayed to monday at 2am.(ha Happy NEW YEARS... speed to airport)
Now they think it will take longer because of his hanging.
Which blows. But I want him to be safe.

It doesn't look like there is going to be a huge uproar over the execution......which is a relief.

i don't know...
i mean yea saddam was a bad man. he did bad things....evil things...
but his trial was sooooo biased. Like when ever he would get up to testify, they would shoot him down and apprehend him and not allow him to speak...not fair

i don't know. i knew it was coming he was going to be found guilty either way, and he would have been executed either way.......
but after seeing the video of the nuse being out around his neck, for some reason i felt my heart break. He looked so...helpless....so broken.
I mean yea hi orders killed so many men and women and children...and they were helpless as well...
but i couldn't help but feel bad for the man....

just my honest opinion.

I have a hard time looking at him as a person with actual feelings after reading what he did to so many people.

i know...and i feel completely wierd saying that i feel bad for the guy...
because he'll like hitler in the middle east....

but the thing is ... he just so broken...
