i am logged in on the main page and it says when i try to get into chat that it is for members only....did i miss something?

oops! nevemind..logged out and logged back in and it worked! sorry!

The same thing happened to me. No matter how many times I cleared my cache and internet cookies, I kept receiving that same message about "members only." I use AOL as my internet provider and found that if I open up an IE window and go about it that way, I'm allowed in.

I'm not tech savvy but this worked for me!

Yes, i have had this problem also, in a way, i was logged into the main video page but decided to not enter the chat for a while. Then i tried to enter and it would say members only. However, after relogging in it worked. I dunno weird stuff.

I've never been able to get in the chat because it does the same thing to me! What do you think I should do? I use AOL.

Some people find it helps to log out of the website and log back in. If that doesnt work, log out, click on multi user chat and then log in when it prompts you to do so. That usually does the trick.

my sign in does not work anymore
And I know it's right cause I stil have it in my e-mail.
