I dunno if this kind of message is even "
allowed" here, but I think that everybody should know about it... I dunno... I just woke up and saw this...
I won't copy the news article here, but here's the link to it.

I don't really know what else to say... or if anything else
can be said...
What's saddest, to me... is that he died on Christmas...

If you really don't know who James Brown is you should click on the link. It doesn't tell a whole lot about him, but it gives the basics.
... but to tell you the truth... I really do hope you're just kidding...

LOL Just put some butter on the soles of your shoes!
Actually, a lot of people (critics?) thought that JB actually
did have butter on the soles of his shoes to be able to perform some of his moves...

Uhhh.. yeah... That's him.
Also, if/when you listen to some rap songs, on the radio, you may hear a sample of James Brown's music in about 40 to 50% of them...

The legendary James Brown was indeed the "Godfather of Soul". If in weren't for him, much of what we now refer to as R&B might not even exist today. Michael Jackson, Prince, Usher and many others have credited JB as being a major influence on their careers.
Rest in Peace Godfather.
