Oh dear lord I hope I'm doing this right...

I've been following LG since day one, but since it zaps up more of my time than I'd like to admit I tried to avoid registering in hopes not to use the rest of my free time posting...yeah so much for that.

I'm not sure if this was covered...so a quick link or a simple yes or no would work just fine.

Is Nikki on the LG payroll?

It has not been confirmed yet...although it does seem like she might be...or at least a friend of someone working on it.

Yeah she isn't confirmed yet or anything but does seem to have good connection into the LG world somehow. May be just a really good fan spinoff or the geniune article; hard to say for certain.

she's probably an official character. she's too good looking to be a fan.

That was a major compliment to Nikki (well warranted, of course) and a major putdown on the rest of us. XD

Anyway, I think she'll probably end up being canon before all is said and done. I don't know if she has been from day one, but I'd be disappointed and a little surprised if she didn't end up becoming so. It would certainly make sense. If all this stuff was actually happening to a couple of vloggers, I can't imagine there wouldn't be a reporter (or two; or three) following it this intensely.

With the mention of Nancy drew in the latest video I'm inclined to belive that was a semi-confirmation.

That's a good point. I thought of that as well when Bree mentioned it, but am trying not to get my hopes up. At the very least I'd say it was definitely a shout out, though.

Yes...one thing for sure with this series is you can't make assumptions.

AFAIK, Nikki B is canon. She found the box with the symbol, and it was later mentioned by Gemma and Bree. This is kind of like how we found out that Op was being made canon. There was a reference made, and it was later incorporated by an LG video.

"Is she away because she is on an investigatory assignment or because she will be away sipping drinks on a tropical vacation?"

And most importantly:

"Did she purchase 'Caramel Flava' and, if so, for whom?"

I TOTALLY 100% think that she is part of the whole LG15 story. On her last video, at the end it said CU SOON (which is what the first letters of the movies Bree listed spelled in Mystery Movies) and she keeps mentioning Nancy Drew, and it has the same editing style. There really isn't any doubt in my mind.
