Do you think Bree's "Great Uncle Franklin" could be Frank?
Does bree watch Tachyon's videos and not OpAphid's?
How else would Bree know that Gemmers is a jack ass?
Why would she watch Tachyon and not OpAhid?

I think it is Frank!!
Not sure if she watches Tach's vids but Jonas does, remember his vid Tough Cookie? That is about all I can think of, hope it helped a bit!

The only problem with this theory is that the CiW Frank was "Francis", not Franklin. Unless someone made a boo-boo.

It seemed to me that she was worried about Franklin's phone # being wrong.
I just think its strange that she would mention Cassie and Franklin at the same time. Also he lives/lived in San Fransisco(the other family members lived al over the globe).
Just think its strange thats all.

Maybe I'm just not thinking, but I don't remember who Frank is..(not her uncle but the other one that might be the same person)

is was the person cassie apparently possessed and using him to do drops, and she used to take over him and he didnt know what was going on so he thought he was dreaming and we were all liars, but long story short... hes dead now lol

thats pretty much a summary of him lol

Maybe the creators had her mention both names...like a shoutout to the other ARGs, especially the ones that aren't confirmed as Cannon. Just something supposed to be funny...but not really mean anything.

Like for those people who really got a phone call from Cassie..

the creators are making up for that and making fun of it by saying that it was just Bree and Cassie joking around.

and as for mentioning Frank,

Maybe the creators are just saying that they knew about frank, and instead of making up a different name, they used something we all knew. She never reached Frank because...well..we know that frank is dead.
