[Puzzle] Shifty's Calls (related to vmail 415-670-9198)

I am moving the list of audio clips that Shifty_J was called with to avoid confusion and make it clear that this thread is for solving this and nothing else. The audio in the voicemail for the # is to be solved in another thread.
Shifty was the first to call #415-670-9198 and leave his # as a message. He then got 30+ calls from an unknown number, one about every three minutes. Soon those calls started playing audio clips from the LG15 universe. Here is a list of the clips:

Call 5: Gemma: Bree, you know how I thought you were being followed? Now I'm worried. I want to show you something from your last video. Bree, you're not gonna like what I uncovered. I think that dark smudge is a symbol. Apparently, the symbol is used to identify someone who's called a "Watcher".
Call 6: OpAphid: Listen to your enemy, for God is talking.
Call 7: Daniel: Don't point that at me. Bree: What? Daniel: Would you please take this more serious?! Bree: How can I take this more seriously? This is a bad situation, and-- Daniel: Shut up! Just--that's it, that's all, just--that's all I want.
Call 8: Some jazzy music (I couldn't identify it, sorry.)
Call 9: Daniel: She's irritating enough when she's throwing her little boa thing in my face or she's trying to catch me on camera. Whatever, I deal with that. I have fun editing it because it's kind of funny but when you go doing stupid things like this... Oh, I don't know he said that he likes me and I can't tell my parents. Why can't you tell your parents?
Call 10: Violin music from Tachyon's video "URGENT: For My Helper!"
Call 11: PMonkey in lonesomeoctober's video "Wanker?!?": If there are things you want to keep secret from someone - stop posting them on the goddamn internet! If you stay on this road I will break you down and make you cry. Now, in the interest of munificence, I wanna extend this offer to you: You don't know me, I don't know you. Perhaps there was some mitigating circumstance surrounding your comments. If you were drunk, or high, if you just recently been hit in the head with a cricket bat - the choice is yours.

4th call - Proving Longitude Wrong
Video number 61, Clock is at 7:01, date in book 10.22.1701, boats carry 2000 soldiers
5th call - gemmers - A Watcher
Only numbers I could find for this was it was video #77
6th call - Opaphid - Adventures in Babysitting
11:10 on the clock, Its video 11
7th Call - Ransacked video as well
8th call - jazzy music ??
9th call - Daniel - Girl Probelms
This is the 12th video, tag is I got 99 probelms but Bree ain't 1
10th call - Tachyon- Not sure what viedo
11th call - Lonesomeoct - Wanker video
This is his 7th video
Would any of these numbers put together make another number?

I agree with Minty, but I have a couple more things to say (as usual...). It looks to me like Calls 1-7, excluding Call 4, are a pretty straightforward update. After Call 7, we get musical intervals alternating with what looks to me like Tach's editorial commentary on recent events. I don't know what is going on with Call 4, so don't ask me, ask Tachyon.

the rest make sense, but that..
just seems odd..

At what longitude were Jonas' parents lost at sea? I'm sure he said it, but I can't stand the guy so don't want to look at his vid again

Why a LonesomeOct call now that OpAphid is canon?
I think if Shifty isn't lying, he has someone messing with him...
I wouldn't put stock in this, just a hunch b/c why would this happen right when we discover a new # with a voicemail puzzle? Just doesn't make sense.

And for the others: if you do not believe this is a valid puzzle, then do not post on it. This is for finding the meaning behind the calls shifty got, not to continue calling them a gamejack. If they are then they are, we will find out soon enough. But we are still going to work the clues we have.

The 2 things that have been brought up are:
A message to Brother about P-Monkey and that is where Bree hides things, or as tilting brought up, Tachyon is telling Brother not to use the internet.

The time on that clock is 7:10, and a bit later shows 7:12 or 7:13

so um.. it seems my suspicions were correct.
i sent oppy a message earlier telling her about tach's phone number, so that she could ya know.. track her down easier or what-not.. and she replied to me with this..

i had the exact same suspicions.
