Clearly, Tachyon got tired of waiting for YouTube.
Our very astute team of OpHeads found the above movie about twenty minutes ago.
The location has been indentified as Petaluma.

My knack for poor predictions and wishful thinking had me following a cold trail up North, but at least I was able to fit in this quick visit on my way back down. Once, for a short while, I called this place home... Seeing it again brought back memories, and reminded me of past inspiration. I couldn't risk staying here any longer though...and besides, you know how I hate to wait around! I guess that's what friends are for, right? After all: We speak each other's unspoken language, fluently. At the moment, it looks like there's a message that I am going to have to deliver myself if I want it to be heard...

is it a sporting arena?
the song kind of alludes to one of those fun sporting songs
and looks like it by the doors.
People think its in that alley way with the graffiti (this seems a little too dangerous for a drop)
Benchs(this seems a little more likely)
and the Doors...(possibliy but might be too easy for a stranger to find)
