My boyfriend of a year and a half proposed to me yesterday!

We're getting married the 18th of next month in Las Vegas.

I just had to share! I cant post on my normal blog till I tell all my friends cause they will get all grumpy that I didnt tell them in person. But I had to tell someone! *bounces up and down*

We're planning so far to stay at the Luxor and get married in full medival regalia at the Excalibur. Im so excited, I can't wait!

Our best friend (yes we share one!) is possibly going to dress in drag (yes he's male) and be the best man AND the maid of honour.

Flauta = "flute" (in Spanish)

Pantera = "panther" (again, in Spanish)

When I was in high school, my group of friends came up with pennames to sign our letters. Mine became flautapantera because of my affinity for band and the school mascot. It's just...stuck since then.

That sounds like an unforgettable wedding! I've always seen Las Vegas themed weddings on TV and heard of them elsewhere. That would be hilarious if your mutual friend dressed in drag! If you feel so inclined, post pictures of your medieval wedding later. Gah, I'm excited for you!
