Ok, I'm willing to suspend my disbelief as much as the next gal...but sheesh! Her parents are who-knows-where, Daniel is furious with her and giving her the silent treatment, and the natural thing to do is to go with P.Monkey to the movies??

Well they've just been wasting time in the hotel room and fleeing without doing many constructive things, so how is going to the movies anymore of a crime?

I'd be bored and going to the movies too.
Perhaps she is just the type who hides her feelings about situations in order to hurt less?

I think the movies is an improvement to making homemade lie detectors or reading the motel bible.

Heh, goes to show just how mental she is. Bree/the Creators have escapism and isolation down to an art form...literally & figuratively. After it grew on me, I saw it as a pretty layered vid. Not a whole lot of action, but you know.. introspective and (bleh, I'll say it)...reflective.

...not that I believe for a moment Bree has an actual reflection yet; only puppets and masks for our little girl.
