Star-crossed lovers from dueling families...

Perhaps the conflict between Daniel and Bree's religion run deeper than even they suspect? Perhaps Daniel's "Family" (religion? Biological family? Who knows?) is at odds with Bree's "Family" (OpAPHID?) Maybe these two are just the culmination...

Pure speculation though, the musings of a bored mind.

Rampant speculation idea: Maybe Daniel's parents or someone in Daniel's family tree escaped long ago, but weren't as important as Bree's. Hence why they would have files on them, but let them go about their lives...Perhaps like Gemma?

She called them Romeo and Juliet to me in an email once and it kind of nagged at me a little. I mean, they both ended up dead...is it some sort of warning or just code names that they use in the Order?

We knew this from "Brother/10033's" last voicemail msg.

I suspect OpA uses Romeo + Juliet because those two lovers tried to run from their fate, and came to a bad end...just the way Bree and Daniel will do (in OpA's opinion), if Bree doesn't return to the fold.

Just speculating off of the potential idea that Daniel may come from a 'rival family'...has he made any comments about where his parents think he's been this whole time? I mean, he went to stay with his friends and then took off with Bree...

We only hear about Daniel's parents from a 3rd party. Bree mentioned them when Daniel was on the run. Brother mentions him in the last vmail, refering to him as "that kid".

They seem pretty cool, or dumb, believing that he goes camping A LOT.

We do know that Tachyon and Brother are trying to warn him that he is being followed by The Order, but the recent LG15 vids and Gemma kinda took care of that.

Based on what Brother said in his VM, it sounds like Daniel's parents think he's on a camping trip with some friends. But are we sure Daniel's living with his parents still? He does attend JC, we know...

I really have a feeling that Daniel is an agent, like Brother and Tachyon. This is heightened by the fact that Brother refers to Daniel in the same terminology that he does Tachyon and we KNOW that Brother and Tachyon aren't actually related.

i think its bree thats the agent tring to lead daniel into a trap

Those ideas are possible, but I think that Daniel is just trying to help Bree get away from The Order. I don't think he knows that much about it, at least not from an inside point of view. But I don't know.
