We have successfully moved over all the data to a new, better server and released a bunch of new features! Over the next few hours, DNS "bumps" may occur causing you to temporairly lose access to the site. These should simmer down and disappear within the next 4 hours.

New Features:

User profiles!
Upload a photo of yourself, tell us about yourself, and if you give us your revver username, your videos will be available on your profile!

E-mail notifications!
By subscribing, you will receive a notification everytime a new video is released! Never be late to a video again!

Comment authentication!
Never get your identity stolen again! From now on, you will have to be registered and logged in to post a comment to a video.

Private messaging!
You will be able to send private messages to people on the site by going to your profile, or even by just clicking on "Send Note" next to a person's comment! This allows you to easily and privately reply to text comments

Auto-Linking!
Links given in comments will be turned into HTML links automatically

thanks for the explanatory post, jsmith. is the new site supposed to be open to everybody now? one poster at anchor cove is having trouble getting in right now.

I really feel the need to launch into a stirring rendition of "The Wind Beneath My Wings." You know, the part, "Did I ever tell you you're my heeeeero?" And that is dedicated to all those responsible for the changes.

I love the comments log-in. I no longer need live in fear of renegade Lizards rampaging through the comments and blaming it on me. I have seen it happen to others and it is NOT cool. And the profiles and the notes are pretty nifty. Now I can "pass notes" in class. (Yes, I check this site in class, usually sometime after the point when my Property professor starts throwing his marker again or my Torts professor starts detailing his recent speeding tickets.)

Anyhow, my compliments to all involved.

Haha well glad to see its working now. Just a couple of questions;

I added myself to the member directory but I haven't received the password via email yet. I did notice that my name has been added to the list so I presume it worked. I suppose its just one of the teething problems but I thought I would mention it.

Also, are we able to post on the message board using our member directory name? It would seem slightly confusing for me to be listed as Gemma on the directory and then as sovietkitsch on here.

But one thing, when you go to one of the member's profiles who has also included their revver vids those vids appear out of order. It looks like they are listed in reverse alphabetical order by title rather then upload date.

Just a quick note:

When you click on a members name on the main page it does not take you to their profile. It takes you to the "Thanks for your donation" page.

Other than that, it looks great.

okay, my email eventually turned up.

i just realised that i was a bit hasty, and when my email didn't arrive at first i checked my spam. when it wasnt in the first page i deleted my spam and waited. i then worried that the password might have been hidden a few pages deep in the spam and so i asked for a password reminder.

so now i have the original password
and a new one

but neither work! help!
