"I spy with my little eye . . ." and the Order

So since Bree emphasized that game in the "On the Run" video, I took a look at the
Wikipedia description of the Eye of Horus. (Why? Because in ancient Egypt, Horus was associated with Hathor and Nut, and in some mythologies he was thought to be the son of Nut.)
Anyway, the description says this about the Eye: "The ancients believed this symbol of indestructibility would assist in rebirth." Which goes right along with
my theory that the ceremony involves a man (either Daniel or Bree's father) being sacrificed and immediately reborn.
At first when Gemma's most recent vid was posted, I figured my theory was toast. Then I took a look back at the sources of my information. The play that involves a sacrifice and rebirth was posted on
the website of the O.T.O. -- or, as they call themselves, "the Ordo Templi Orientis, the Order of Oriental Templars, or Order of the Temple of the East."
The Order itself says that its structure is "like that of Freemasonry and the ancient mystery schools." It's not a religion
per se, but "an Outer Thelemic Order which is dedicated to the high purpose of securing the Liberty of the Individual and his or her advancement in Light, Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge, and Power through Beauty, Courage, and Wit, on the Foundation of Universal Brotherhood." So it's related to Thelema, but is not Thelema itself.
So my theory is entirely consistent with Gemma's "Learning Egyptian" vid and the clues in "On the Run."
Okay, what do you think?

Sounds good. In fact, the research you do makes me wish the Creators would start taking their cues from your posts.

I think this is a very distinct possibility.

Thanks, folks.
And trainer, I do need to read the stuff you've posted about the Illuminati. Haven't had a chance yet -- I've been trying to lead an Actual Life.

The more I look into the Illuminati, the more it seems like this is a very real possibility. It's a secret society that is associated with Crowley, Jews, Egyptian religion, and ritual child abuse. Since Gemma said it's not a religion, this comes to the forefront...that is, of course, if you trust Gemma. If you don't trust Gemma, I just found out that Crowley was involved in hermetic Kabbalah; another good possibility. When you look at the school thing, one of the student's blogs claims the "religion" is "secret syncretistic".
Defintion of syncretistic: an attempted combination or reconciliation of opposing principles, beliefs, or practices, esp. in religion or philosophy.
So this could apply to either hermetic Kabbalah or the Illuminati.
If anyone has said these things before, my apologies. I'm new to the forum, and haven't read all the posts. There is a mod here who is constantly degrading me for posting things that have already been said. You know who you are, and it's not nice the way you treat people.

Igfrenzy, I'm not sure what you mean when you talk about "the school thing" and "the student's blogs." Could you explain? Thanks. (Obviously I haven't read the entire board either, and hope I don't get dissed for it.)

Trainer, I do better with printed information. Got any links to print sites? (Or if you've already posted those links, just let me know and I'll go find your other messages.) Thanks.

Maybe so, but where else do we take our clues from? Plus, this is the most fun thing we can do with lg15 while we wait for another vid! It is fun, or is that just me?
Also, incredible research, Languorous Lass! You always dig up some great stuff.
