Hmm, so Bree's religion is called "The Order". Is Lonelygirl taking cues from opaphid, or are the Gemma video's moving towards a tie in??

My thinking is that Gemma is being used to tie everything together with a neat little bow.

it is getting more and more obvious to me as this progresses that OpAphid is in someway connected to the creators of LG15.
Whether it is just another part of the story, or if it is a series that is spun off of LG. Who knows...
but This video is tieing a lot of the little loose ends up concerning the OpAphid story line. Example, the egyptian languages.
It's obvious to me that the order in the LG series knows a lot about comlex languages that today we would consider puzzles. Hence...the anagrams. THe puzzles....

got to be cannon.

Opaphid is a very different look and feel so I expect that it's a different group than the LG15 creators. However it seems like they must be working together somehow.

I'm not sure if its a different group as much as they were definitely going for a different approach. Filming things the same as Bree, Daniel and Gemma would have been a dead give-away.

That's what I'm thinking too ... the creators DID say that some of the fan fiction could ulitmately become part of the central storyline.

Regardless ... I think it's almost impossible to argue that Op isn't cannon at this point. Either that or the PM has the creators phones tapped.

I think whether or not they were originally intended to be connected, they definetly will become connected, and this video just took them another step closer.

The OpAphid movies are a lot different, but they're so well produced that I think they might have been connected from the start.

I believe OpAphid is canon too.
