it indeed looks like a replica to me
i beleive the actual room has kind of a wall beside the bookcase so the bookcase doesnt actually portrude past the door...and its not as pinkish
i may be wrong but i think im right

I compared them and it appears to be a pretty good replica. The wall part is different, the candlabra is different, the Crowley pic is different...but they sure did a good job.

aw man that was amazing! They did a wonderful job! The replica of the room was pretty darn good....and i like the added touch of the "93" shirt and the lemons.. oh my gosh i loved it all. I want a Bree rooooom!!!
