Bitter, but funny.
I couldn't help feeling that the whole certificate thing was directed at me...either way, though his feelings about all this train business are the same as mine.
The end was creepy, though...
I wonder what he's up to.

Poor Warren! He really isn't that happy with his job. Ms. Kelly will need to bring him home something fantastic from all of her travels. Perhaps he can come on the next trip?

Have people been bugging HSA for the certificates? I have to admit that I'm curious and want to see what they turn out to be, but I can wait.

And yes, what is he going to get up to with that password...
