On the memory card found in the park was that video. I watched it on Noava22's Youtube and saw this near the beginning, I added a little exposure, but... Am I crazy? It looks like a hand and part of a shopping cart to me :

My theory was that whoever shot that video was recording it off a screen, then shut the screen and ran.

Maybe she was caught?

It's at the beginning.

Watch Bree's shirt sleeve right before and after that black screen (on youtube it is at the 3 second mark).

It is due to the frame rate of a computer screen vs frame rate of camera recording it.

It is a very minor split second screen refresh lag, basically. Unless someone else can explain it better?

whats caught my attention was te fact that the person closes and runs after bree states "It's like a heavy bucket is on your hand."
They appear to be outdoors, and by the sounds of it near a road, or possibly near an energy source (due to the light humming you can hear if you listen closely).
I'm no wheres near the areas where these are filmed at. Is this a possibility

Via Google Earth: There is a major intersection near the park, but there are no power lines or power station nearby.

pretty sure she says heavy "puppet" is on your hand, since she looks at P.Monkey afterwards

could be making refrence to something weighing something (someone?) down.
