That was a total shock. I bet they'll start to threaten her, tell her she has to through with the ceremony, that they'll hurt Daniel if she doesn't stay with the religion.

Well I for one dont think it's smart to tell her parents. Something about her father giving her shots and not telling her what they're for makes me think they're not exactly trustworthy. 
Not to mention they were all psyched that she got chosen in the first place. I doubt they'll let her back out now.
