Well I recored it then cut out where Bree is talking and reversed the whole thing...
When this is done whatever is being said is just being repeated, the best chance to understand what is being said is on the second repeat...
Sounds like What is or possibly Where is and then a word starting with a P which I can't make out...Peckaw is how it sounds it might be spelled phonetically

It's been several hours since i last listened to it and once again it sounds like it is saying something totally different...
Now I hear, Order the cow or kill...it is odd...
Other things I think it says might be...Who is Daniel...

when i put the letters (english translation) into google earth i got one location in socal
Jet Propulsion Laboratories
Jack Parsons, the founder of modern rocketry, was also a founder of this lab, which is a NASA lab. Coincidence has it that Parsons was also close with crowley and crowley appointed him head of the California sect of the O.T.O
