My phone speaker is not very clear, so I don't understand most of what's there, but at the very end I hear a lot of very faint little beeps that go on and on for quite some time. Not sure if that's part of the puzzle, or just my phone service.

Yep sounds like a music mashup, but there are some strange beeps as well. Unfortunately I don't have the tech to record it.
