I will edit this post with questions as they come. I may reword your questions a little, since I'm picturing them being asked in an interview. I may also add to your questions if something comes to my mind. Tell me if I changed the question you wanted asked in a way that changes the meaning at all. I will gladly fix it!

Maddison's family:
1) Are you aware of Maddison's internet adventures previous to her murder?
2) Does Maddison have any family members whom she was particularly close to (especially if they live far away)?
3) Can you access Maddison's computer and check her e-mail to see if there is anything suspicious? (Besides an e-mail from someone named "Mr. Zipp")

Adam's family:

Emily:
1) Did you speak to Adam before he left for his Uncle's house?
2) Did he tell you where he was going or what was going on in this internet fiasco?
3) Did you know Maddison Atkins? And if so, what did you think of her?
4) Have you seen the videos posted by Maddison and Adam on Revver?
5) Were you close to any of Adams' friends or family members?
6) Before the murderer was caught, were you afraid that you would be targetted for knowing Adam too well?
7) Do you know if Joel Frady was connected to Maddison or Adam in any way?
8) How did you find out about the murders if nothing official was released? Did you see the video "No More" or did you get a call from the police?
9) How is Whiskey? Is he coping well with the loss of Adam?

Joel Frady:
1) Did you murder Maddison and Adam?
2) Do you remember the murder?
3) Have you ever heard of the name "Mr. Zipp?"
4) Where is Adam's uncle whom owns the cabin you were in?
5) What insight can you offer to the murder?
6) Why would someone want to murder two perfectly innocent people?
7) Where is your daughter?

Joel Frady's wife (or mother of his daughter):
1) Has Joel ever shown any harmful tendencies previous to the murder?
2) Have you ever belonged to, or are you now in, a society with strange characteristics, mannerisms, or rules?

Joel's daughter:
1) Have you always been with your father, or were you separated from him?

Maddison's Teachers:
1) What was Maddison like in class?
2) Has anyone in class shown a particularly unhealthy attraction to Maddison, such as in a stalkerish way?

Students that knew Maddison and Adam:

HTMLvis (or more likely the local pigeon farmer):

Jurors or judge of the Joel Frady trial:
1) May I borrow the court transcripts?
2) What was Joel Frady's attitude during his trial?
3) What was the evidence used in the trial?

Us:
1) What was Maddison like in the chats?

Open questions (basically can be asked to anyone):
1) What came out of the investigation of the online messages with Mr Zipp? Did Joel Frady admit to sending them?
2) Where were there bodies found?
3) How were the online videos found?
4) Did Joel Frady have any cameras or footage saved to his computer? If so, was any of it the same as the video we got from Warpylol?
How did Joel know how the password to Maddys accounts?

How about adding Joel Frady's daughter's mother to the list? I'm assuming that his daughter would be too young to interview.

Did Adam tell you were they were going before they left?
How much did Adam tell you about what was going on?
What was your opinion of Maddison?
Did you know any of Adam's friends or family?
How has his death affected you?
Before the killer was caught, were you afraid they might come for you since you could potentially know too much?
Do you know if Joel Frady was connected to Adam or Maddison in some way?
How did you find out about the murders, if nothing official was really released about them?
How's Whiskey doing?

(Bolded because that is a damn important question.)

Personally, since it seems like the whole town is being pretty closemouthed about this, I would start in the court system.

He had to have a Jury trial, right? So track down the Jurors, see what kind of evidence was presented to them, find out what his attitude was during the trial.

Get the trial transcripts.

You all have covered most everything I can imagine.

I would like to hear anything and everything Joel has to say.

Not just the transcript. Ask about evidence that started to be entered/mentioned and questions that started to be asked but were then SUPPRESSED during the trial (surely there will be a juror or jurors who will be willing to talk...but it's important that they be given the option to do so disguised). Talk to the defense attorney - ALL evidence is supposed to be given to the defense (discovery) by law.

Adam didn't seem surprised to see the man who killed them - why would Joel Frady be the girl's father who might, in turn, be Mr. Zipp?

(slightly off-topic - how can we connect that particular question to any of the clues we've previously been given?)

WHY was that video uploaded? And why did Joel Frady upload it? Can Clara get in to interview him?

the uncle

why dont we ask the uncle where he was when maddy arrived at the cabin.

was he inside and tied up

or

was he just not there at all

and what else does he know about what happened

I mean, it was his cabin so he must know what happened there.

I agree, Police and Court records are the best place to start.

Did he plead guilty?

What was the motive for the killings?

Either the police must of assigned a motive to the killings or else the prosecutor would of presented a motive or else the motive would of come out it court. Even if the motive that was presented at court is bogus at least it would be a start.

What about a list of questions Clara should be asking US? We've been listed as a primary focus of her project. Interviewing one of us will help her out with her graduation, which is what she seems to want out of this more than anything else.
