I haven't been watching the londonfiles videos, but this is a response to #11 and Sean is in that video if I am seeing correctly.
is this connected? I am confused...

Sean is in that video and labeled as The Hitman.
I am guessing that londonfiles is working into WoW.

It's the "Order Goon" syndicate!
But I wonder why Gone, who seemed to be in good terms with the order, is asking stuff from fallen-out-of-favor Kris... and Kris seemed friendly towards Will-o in his video. I guess these mercenary guys keep pretty loose allegiances.

There is a possible bacon message using the cemetery pictures/paintings..but for me they are translating to "A S T" which doesn't mean much that I can tell ..
so Sean was a hitman for the Order?

I have been looking at WoW, keeping in mind what I know of Kris (londonfiles). I need some help from the WoW veterans.
1st - londonfiles_011 says the tracker is associated with (or just is) "the hanged man". Has "the hanged man" been a part of WoW in the past? I see it referenced in Deagol's WoW link index. What is the story there?
2nd - I checked

and see multiple files that could easily fit in Kris' story (londonfiles).
Such as: Article-1996 and Hanged Man
What are the stories behind these two files? Have they always been there?

As far as I know the pictures have been there since the beginning.

Sean/Will is the coma patient who disappeared.
There have been a few references to hanging
The hanged man appearred in "hear ye hear ye" video from Mr Gone.

along with a poem titled "the hangman" and Mr Gone seemed to be preparing to hang Bell in the video.
I don't know if we have figured out the full meaning behind the hanged man. But it is associated with one of the paths on the tree of life diagram(found in Mons. Alle pics & videos ) also: which we discussed here:

Sting, I see quite a bit of parallels in both stories. This is from your own
summary:
Kris is (was?) a tracker for Ho0. He can find anyone anywhere. Unfortunately, he lost his memory and has not been able to discover his own past.
And this is from the
WoW summary:

There's this back history about Will that Gone has been researching, something about a ritual in which 6 people were found dead and 14-year-old Will ended up in a coma for 7 years. Then at 21 he suddenly vanishes from the hospital. Gone says he feels somewhat responsible for Will's "dreams."
Ok it's not made clear there. But the implication is that Will not only spent those 7 years in coma, but he's lost his memory on the following 7 years as well. He, just like Kris, is trying to find himself and recover his past.
About the hanged man card, in Sean's video
Four Legs In The Morning, you can see him using it towards the end. I believe the symbolism of a "change of perspective" from the hanged man card is fitting to this point in his story, as it is in Kris's (I'm not a Tarot expert, so you should make your own opinion on this).
Then there's Gone's
She's So Pretty..., where he uses the hanged man and hanging references I believe to point to Wright Square as the supposed meeting point (a blog by Sean confirms this). Wright Square is the place where they used to have the public hangings, including that first one of Alice Riley.

As I mention in my previous post, Sean used the hanged man card in his video before Gone. Now, I may have missed the appearance in "hear ye hear ye" although the video is about a trial in court and a guilty verdict was given. So maybe that's what you meant.

Do we understand the new interaction between WoW and londonfiles enough yet to explain it simply? I'm terribly confused (like others).
