This is a challenge that CNN started, and I thought it would be a great idea to start here.
Basically, we keep track of how much we have exercised in one day. 1 hour a day adds another day to your life...supposedly.
So I thought it would be a neat idea for each other to support each other and keep track!
today, I killed a huge walk!
I did it all in just over 1 hour!
