Were you playing your song?

All of us were a little confused by some of the things you said a few days ago when you were in the chat room with us. Some people thought, because you play piano, you were trying to play your song. Here's what some people (smarter than me!!) said...
If not, never mind, and get back to having fun with Jonas!!

does this song sound familiar?impulse wrote:Following your idea, I gotHedakeinasuitcase wrote:looking at it, its possible that the random number is derived from a scale pattern.
in music, often times when working with instruments in different keys, u refer to the notes as numbers.
IE in a C scale, 1 would be C; 2 would be D; 3 would be E, ect.
i translated it... but its missing a rythm. i'd play it simply as is, but i don't have a way to up load it.
this is what it would be with notes.
D C F G d E F B G F E d C B G E d G F E G E b F d G F# E d
lower case letters are in a differen't octive... d is up one, and the lower b is down one.
maybe the other randomness could be the rythms...
D c F G d E F B G F E d c B G E d G F E G E e F d G E d Gb F E d
I considered 8 to be the fundamental 1 octave up, and 0 being a 10, i.e., e, and I chose 5- to be a blue note (Gb) instead of F#, hehehe.
That's what we get:
