Hex code translates to:

It looks like German to me.

I also do not understand the new code they are using, blackmathsk...I think that is what it's called.

It isn't all a single language.

"votre" is "your" in french
"nicht" is "not" in german
"indo" is "going" in portuguese
"à" is "to" in dutch
"Gewinn" is "win" in dutch, and "profit" in German

It translates into "your not going to win," or "your not going to profit."

The word "your" seems out of place. The french term for "you're" is "vous êtes."

Oh, ok. I wasn't trying to suggest that it was a grammar error so much as I thought it might be an additional clue!
