I don't know if this has been discussed, but I'm sure it has. Regardless, I have a question.

Why aren't Daniel's parents caught up in this?

They don't care that he's gone, apparently. He never contacts them.
The Order (I think?) bugged Daniel's room, which means they got in his house. Where his parents also live. So, how did they get in without his parents noticing, and why are his parents safe (assuming they are) when Daniel is wreaking havoc on the Order?

I know we're all supposed to assume his parent's have nothing to do with this, but isn't that a little sketchy?

Daniel doesn't know he has been planted to be near Bree because he's a part of the Ceremony himself!

They must think his is the longest camping trip in history.


Seriously, I think this is stretching it. They ask too much for our suspension of disbelief. Any normal parent would have called the cops months ago.

That's why I say they're in on it! Though technically, he IS an adult...

then again, almost everyone has been connected to the order in some way...daniel wouldn't surprise me.

"Heroes" has been able to do it; why not LG15?

Well i know in the Drinking Problem video he basically said they never really showed much interest in him. They weren't "Hands On"

A lot of my friends have parents like that. I mean, some of my friends parents don't know what city their kids live in.

So, it's understandable to a degree why Daniel's parents aren't around for me. I understand why it would be hard for others not to see that point of view, but not everyone is lucky enough to have parents that care.

The explanation we got is that they don't really care about him... Edit: removed... the comment

trust me, Sami, I know those types of parents.

It's not weird at all. Its pretty common.

That would be asking too much for my suspension of disbelief to have absolutely everyone connected one way or another to the Order. The cornerstone of the story, and the reason it works, I think, is the fact that Daniel was just a normal guy with no connection whatsoever with the Order. Beside, we don't know how many times Daniel has called home since he left. Who says he has no contact with his parents?

his parents are probably retired watchers, who convinced daniel to guard bree. but he never figured it out!

It's not that I think they're with the Order, I just think that it's strange that they're walking away unscathed.

Thay are happy for him and hope hes haveing a good time , which he seems to be haveing Sarah hanging on him.
