tell me, do you think it is? I mean since the machine lets you do it without tampering I assume that it is legal, all you do is push buttons. I wanna try it so bad...But I am trying to think of a machine away from cameras.

All you are doing is pushing a button and jiggling a thingy.
I think what I would do is get the change and go inside the store and say "Your machine is broken it gave me like 10 dollars in change...."

It is illegal because you are taking money from a machine you do not own.

Ok, I see that point but really you are not forcing it to give you money, you are not tampering with it, you are pressing buttons....

its illegal, even if its easy. its unlikely that police are closely monitoring vending machines for thefts in most places, though.
but, i doubt this trick even works. it didn't pump out much change, either.
