I just don't understand the point of these videos.

Is there supposed to be a story to follow in here somewhere, is it an ARG, or are these just totally random videos with many of the same photos and video stills in every one?

Please, enlighten me.

I think I know where she is if what she is say is true. However I don't know who she is. I assume someone will recognize her.
