Sylvia Plath and Crowley connection?

Ok so I was reading the LGPedia video info on "I know what boys like" and I noticed that the writer kept harping on the "occult" references made by sarah. So I got to thinking, what if sarah had something to do with/ knows something about Bree's religion? So I took her latest quote from her blog from Sylvia Plath. Now knowing how the series is with big writer figures and the "mention" of Sylvia Plath i figured hey maybe there's something to it. So I plugged in Sylvia Plath and Aleister Crowley in yahoo and came to this forum on Sylvia plath http://www.sylviaplathforum.com/archives/65.html ... searching for where they mention crowley (all the way down near the bottom) i noticed that while Plath was writing some book she used some kind of Tarot card, coincidently she used a deck that was made by Crowley.. so just thought id mention this.. of course its all speculation and I have nothing better to do so Imma look into it...

I did some research on the Crowley Tarot cards for a previous vid. They are really interesting but I couldn't find any direct connection to the series. I hope they show up somewhere because they are awesome!

maybe they'll eventually suspect sarah of being with the order, but she actually won't be, maybe just thelema or something.

occult experimentation is not uncommon among teens.

At this point, I'd like to point out before any smartarse comes about saying that that is all Pagan religions are for.

The main population of these teenagers are those who find security in the thought of magic and/or guardian angels, because of such and such reason or teenagers who are rebelling from their birth religion, most likely one that forbids things that they class "worshipping the devil".

Now, although this may be, a lot of adult Pagans do not mix with young Pagans. They do not allow initiation into any group, coven, congregation etc.

Please note that a) I use Pagan in a non-specific sense and b) I don't mean to sound like I've got my back up. I just don't like it when people say Pagans are just angst-ridden teens ready to rebel.

Have you ever seen the movie, "10 things i hate about you"? in it the lead character, Kat, mentions in her classhow they never cover any other types of authors, example: Sylvia Plath. Kat's character was considered a "rebel" or having feministic qualities...so maybe it is the same sort of thing for Sarah, since their character's have similar traits. Just a thought.

Just saw this in the LGpedia...

I'd forgotten about the symbol but the part about Ouroboros being commonly depicted as a serpent seems to tie in.

Lady Lazarous is a poem by Plath. It is also the name of someone who has begun to make weird ass vids on youtube that seem to be connected to the series. Whether it's fanfic or not, cannon or not, I dont know, but I just want to watch BDJ's vids and that's it.

Also, here is something about a snake that seems very interesting:

I dont know if this was covered before or not. If so, just ignore it.

Yes it does look familiar. Not and exact match but pretty close. The symbol on the right is the one on the boxes in the "Breaking and Entering" video. It was also on one of the papers in the medical file (presumably jules file) From the "Playing Doctor" video.
