Julia's Watchers?

No one has pointed out that Julia has no watchers. Bree had watchers, Jules doesn't, or at least doesn't seem to. A confirmation that she is a red herring, possibly?

We didn't hear an indication that Bree had Watchers until after she'd already ran away from home. During the period that Daniel was trying to get her to change her mind about the ceremony and follow her around, we learned nothing about it. The kidnapping was kind of abrupt if you compare the two.

What about a helper though. She has a tutor but that takes place at school, so I doubt it's her helper. Did she mention a helper?

Nope, she hasn't.

I'm starting to think my money is on this girl not even being the girl for the ceremony.

that is a good point!

I have been wondering this all along, too. maybe her higher purpose was to distract BDJ... so they could carry on with the ceremony, undisturbed.

I want to know what the ceremony is, they should have just followed her, to see

Lurker, that's true. But there is definatly no mention of a helper and I highly doubt the tutor would be able to take care of things in a public school properly.

but then, bree never had a helper until she confessed to her parents that she had been sneaking out of the house.
and there's evidence to say that the sound of a helicopter was added to "we found julia". and helicopters have indicated.... something.... i don't really know who has helicopters. i know brother does/did, but is that relevant anymore? no
i don't really know.

I'm pretty sure that Jules isn't the girl for the Ceremony, and therefore has no Watchers. It's a good point that we didn't find out about Bree's Watchers until late in the game, but I think if Jules did have some, they would've definitely done something when she was kidnapped by BDJ. I mean, they're supposed to protect you, right?

But that was because absolutely no one in the story had any idea there were watchers, or even what watchers WERE.

Now that Bree and Daniel and Jonas do know about watchers, they'd be able to spot them. And probably be able to work out who they were 'watching'.

Also, did Jules have a helper?

That would be interesting to find out...

Watchers seem like they would not want to be seen.

Now, in Bree's case, Im guessing hey were present, but since they knew the layout of the neighborhood, they knew where to hide. Then Dan jumps in, so they decide to reveal their presence to deter him.

And then when they were on the run, it was unfamiliar territory and an emergency situation, so they were easier to spot.

Now we have Jules's watchers, who had no reason to reveal themselves yet. Yes, BDJ were around, but not really doing anything unitl The kidnapping.

Jonas thinks Jules contacted the watchers on her whereabouts, and that is why they showed up. But they did show up fairly fast, didnt they? I think that proves they were there, just out of sight.

Had they still been in California, it might have taken longer to get an idea of the streets and routes all around where Jules lives. It would not matter how short the flight was, they would still need to evaluate where BDJ could have gone, find the way they most likely took, and then corner them. I really dont think the Order could do that so quickly.

Maybe Lucy is her watcher also? Who says they can't watch more than one girl. lol.
