I come from a non-smoking family, but still I am around a lot of people that smoke. Usually it doesn't bother me, unless I'm around a family of chimneys...and then its like walking through a wall of smoke..

My dad quit cold turkey after smoking for 20 years.... he also thought he had cancer, luckily he didnt.

I just read "Paint it Black" by Janet Fitch who also wrote "White Oleander"
and it was amazing, everyone should read it.
It was one of those books that is devestatingly beautiful.

Because I went for my checkup today to see how I was doing because I went there a week earlier and found out I had mono, and he didn't do ANYTHING today and I'm still sick and the thing is..
He put me on something to give me energy, yet, when you have mono your supposed to sleep ALOT. So I have a hard time falling asleep and wake up almost every hour so even though he gave me that stuff to give me energy, I'm still exhaused cause it keeps me up.
Ugh.
