That's funny, after watching the video, I made an avatar of Jonas with the gun kinda like yours, and one of him throwing the rock too. I guess great minds think alike. I'm gonna go ahead and post the rock one even though you posted one though, mine is a

Edit: Forget that. I went ahead and made one. The hard way. Lol.

First I download the video from Revver.
Then I open it in Adobe ImageReady CS2 and when you do that, you can select which section of the video you want (they explain it).
Then after I make my selection, I delete some of the extra frames that I don't need. (I usually can't get a precise selection when I'm selecting from the video)
Then I crop out the black border (just a personal taste)
Then I change the dimensions.
Then I click "Save Optimized As..." and type in whatever I wanna call it and click "Save" and wabam! I have a gif av of a video.
