I am terribly afraid that i am being watched...like all the time. paranoia sucks X_X
I'm pretty paranoid too. I used to think I was being watched constantly..and now, I sometimes think there are cameras in the house, even though I know there aren't. It freaks me out. I also have to check the backseat of my car before I drive..or else I have a tendency to think there is a man with an axe in the back. Damn urban legends...

LMAO....styrofoam. Now there's weird and there's irrational, you-need-therapy fears.

Another fear is having to look at or clean burnt mac & cheese or rice that's at the bottom of a pan. I really freaks me out. *speed dialing therapist*

Hmmm... I think being freaked out and being scared are related, but not quite the same thing. If you're "freaked out" it only lasts for a few moments, and the fear gradually goes away.

Though if you continuously get freaked out that's almost the same as saying that you're scared and have a fear of that particular thing. when you're continuously freaked out, the you're scared of something.

Bleh... it's late for me... I should probably leave anyway. No one seems to be listening anyway.

I have clearly created a very much needed thread. Man, you guys have issues.

List of Weird Fears:

Underwater-support beams, moose, rice paddies, icebergs, ice shelves, stickers, large buildings/statues, feet, helicopter rotors, flies, robots, drinking from cups if you left the room, cookie monster, peach skin, scared to be upside down, calling people, tequila worms, Jack on Lost.....WTH?

This is really interesting to me.....thanks for posting everyone!

lonelyelendi wrote:I am kind of afraid of moose...see when I was little I had this dream that I stayed at this hotel which was run by an old lady....and there was this HUGE pen with three or four giant (we're talking 7 or 8 stories tall) moose. We got to ride on their heads, and it was fun. Then when everyone went to bed, I couldn't sleep so I came out to the lobby where there was this viewing window to see the moose, and then the little old lady got smashed against the window by one of the moose...no joke...I actually dreamed that...

Then, I had this other dream when I lived in England...we had one of those boucy horses...you know the ones attached to the thing by the four springs...well anywho...I was on it, and these guys in masks were cutting the tops of the head of my sister, mother, and father. I was just sitting there and then one of bad guys turns to me and says "if you don't shut up, kid, you'll be next!" but the thing is...I didn't say anything...

suffice to say, I have freaky-ass dreams...
Your mentioning big moose reminded me of that fact that I get freaked out by huge statues and buildings. I'm not sure why, I just get freaked out. For example, theres a church near here with a big Jesus on it. Like, a 2 story Jesus..and hes looking down at the side walk with his arms open like hes waiting for a hug...but he freaks me out. And it kind of makes me sad that I get freaked out by the giant Jesus, but its true. If he were little, I wouldn't get freaked out, but hes huge, so I am. The next time I'm near that church, I'll try to take a picture, so y'all can see the giant Jesus.

First, I LOVE moose. I'm sorry that they scare you lonelyelendi! I see them all the time where I go camping. (so don't go camping in certain places in Colorado)

Second, The cemetary where most of my family is buried has tons of huge Jesus statutes. I have to admit that there is one that I am kind of afraid of too. It's a HUGE cross with Jesus on it. It's a grave marker of all things. This thing is like 20 feet tall. Its creepy when you see it as you are driving towards all the graves.

When I was little I was sick and running a high fever, I guess I was a bit delerious, but I dreamt that the cookie monster had eaten my doggies legs.
From then on I was terrified of him as a child, and now my stomach turns everytime I see him on something.
That would cause me to need therapy!

I was delirious with a high fever when I was young too and saw a witch flying around the room. THIS now absolutely paralyzes me:

Weird/Fun Fact About Evan: Even though I am afraid of snakes(it is mostly of poisonious ones and anacondas) I am getting a pet constrictor (smallest available species of course) named rosie...and before i let my friend meet it i am going to put it in a box and give to my friend(who is a girl which is why this evil plot works) and say i got her a boa. She opens the box....*relaxes* i love to hear her scream!! MUHAWHAHA however i will kepp the snake and also i want a black widow spider but it would never come out of its cage.
