I love the movie Rent...although many do not.

Its a musical..(I love musicals...) and it has gays in it...(there are a lot of people who are NOT open minded..)

I think I've watched that movie a million times since I got it last year before Christmas.

Just about any movie John Wayne was in. A lot of them are cheesy. A lot of them are pretty terrible, but you just have to love him.

Talk about a geeky kid. When I was young ... like between 6 and 12 ... there used to be a channel that played nothing but old movies between like 9 am and 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. I'd plant my butt in the den and watch for hours. That may not sound too odd to a movie lover ... but a 9 year old? :D

How about Series 7: The Contenders - anybody know it? I love it but everyone I know says it's too much of a bummer. I just think it's really well done.

I like that one, but then that's probably because I can't stand reality shows.

If you liked Series 7, you might want to give Battle Royale a look. And Visitor Q also takes a jab at the reality genre, but it's beaucoup strange.
